Originally starting out as an addon to provide WHMCS support operators with the ability to track their watched tickets, our WHMCS Support Tickets Enhanced Addon has been revamped to include a host of other capabilities, and we’re still in the process of working more features in this. Here’s what the WHMCS Support Tickets Enhanced Addon does right now.
#1: Widget The widget allows for you to get a front page glimpse of all tickets which are assigned to you, watched by you, or open that need a reply
#2: Auto watch ticket The administrator can specify that tickets are auto-watched, on reply
#3: Auto assign ticket The administrator can specify that support agents are assigned the ticket upon reply.
#4: Auto unwatch ticket The system can be configured to unwatch your ticket on closure.
#5: Custom fields cleared on close Ticking this option will cause your ticket’s custom fields to be cleared on ticket closure. Since these aren’t encrypted (by default), this is a good option to have.
#6: Encrypted custom fields WHMCS does not encrypt custom ticket fields by default. This option allows for this.
