The module page will also pull up a list of unverified users, with a link to their profile so that you can send them a validation link via email if you want to.

Their order system is a mess. Submitted 2 orders and they mark it as a fraud with the reasons of "unknown".
Contacted their support helpdesk and getting 1-2 replies and just delete any tickets I opened even though I have shared the legitimacy of our business.

This is not a review of the product. This is a (potential) client getting upset because they had their order rejected due to fraud and abuse. Their own 'review' shows signs of this very type of abuse, and validates the decision to close their account and reject the order
Owner@Whmcs GuruTo start with, nobody is obligated to accept your order, just like you are not obligated to order services from anyone. If your order is rejected, an explanation is not necessary, at all. In fact, it's often best NOT to give said explanation , so individuals cannot find a way around fraud control systems.
Repeatedly making the same order, over and over again is not going to bypass fraud control. In fact, it will cost the company more money, trying to deal with you, the troublesome customer, and result in account closure and termination. That's how normal businesses work.
Logging support tickets, demanding things be changed, arguing with staff, NOT going to make things go your way, at all. In fact, again, this will cost time and money, causing your account to be closed and termination. Again, this is how normal business works.
Fraud is a very real, and very costly thing, especially in the software industry. I take checks very seriously, and if the slightest thing goes wrong, your order WILL get rejected initially. If the potential client comes back, like a reasonable adult , and discuss things, then perhaps there's a chance I'll change my mind. However, in most cases, this is not the situation. Since you chose to attack, you got blocked. Again, that's how this works
