OVERVIEW

Now you can completely automate your document & contract signing workflow with our Adobe eSign Module for WHMCs! Not only can your clients view & manage old documents, they can view & sign new ones, and be notified in their client area when a document is pending their signature.

In addition, you can set documents stored in your Adobe eSign Document Library to be automatically provisioned for signing when an order with certain products is placed. The client will be notified of this, and you can set the order to be automatically activated once the document is signed. We’re actively developing this module, and more exciting new features will be coming soon as well!

FEATURES

Dedicated Document Page Clients can view and manage all documents tied to their email in a dedicated Documents page in their WHMCS client area.

Checkout Integration Choose to display a checkbox for the client to agree & understand that a document will be created for signing upon their checkout.

Automatic Provisioning Set specific documents to be automatically provisioned for signing when an order is placed containing certain products.

Automatic Order Activation Allow orders to be approved once the document provisioned after the order is successfully signed.

Client Area Notifications Choose to display client area notifications when a document is waiting to be signed.

One-Click oAuth Connection to Adobe eSign It’s a 2 minute process to install & configure the module, with an easy and streamlined connection process to connect to your Adobe account!

This company has false advertising everywhere on their site. This module requires an enterprise account and isn't listed anywhere on their product description or checkout. The documentation vague and incomplete asking support about this they say it is a new product and documentation will eventually come with it.
Support responses are so extremely slow that getting the service set up will be next to impossible and paying extra to get the "Fast track support" which advertises 1hr response times will not have 1hr or even 1 day response times. Beware this company due to their false advertising.

We're sorry you feel this way. We clearly note that it required an Enterprise account right here in our product details:

In addition, we'd like to note that you've never contacted us as to this topic, since purchasing the module back in November of 2016. Unfortunately it seems a bit irresponsible on your part to purchase a module without reading the description, take almost 10 months to realize it needs an Enterprise account, and then never contact us to ask for a refund, yet still post a negative review.

Seems you're more intent on leaving a negative review than resolving an issue with us, especially given the fact that you reference support ticket reply time here, yet you never opened one support ticket with us about this topic. This is certainly sad to see...and we'll be reporting this to WHMCS as well as noting in your account.

Requires Enterprise Adobe Sign account which should be stated up-front.

No documentation or even installation instructions are too vague. The dashboard has some info blocks about adding some smart tags to template files but where those files are isn't clear.

The 2 minute setup is misleading. Maybe if it were explained where to get the required API keys.
