Make your ticket answers more personally with automated salutations

Customers love personal care, they do not just want to be a number in the system. With personal salutation in inquiries, your answer looks much more personal than if your salutation just is "Hello".

With this module the appropriate salutation get inserted automatically into the WHMCS ticket editor. Salutations can be defined for multiple languages. If a language is not defined, the module will use the defined fallback language.

Features:

  • Setup multi-language salutations
  • Module adds a salutation to existing tickets (admin reply)
  • Module adds a salutation when admin opens a new ticket (admin ticket creation)
  • Module detects from which contact / user the last reply was and adjusts the salutation accordingly. The salutation therefore always matches the person who last answered.
  • Support for gender detection via custom field (custom field is optional)
  • Language of the client can be detected on clients country or clients whmcs language
  • Fallback to default language if salutation of client's language is not configurated
  • Add Clients Firstname or Lastname to the salutation
  • Hard set language for specific clients via module admin page
  • No template changes necessary

The salutation is also displayed correctly for guest tickets and tickets from contacts.

This module definitely makes everyday work easier. I always find it rather unprofessional when someone writes me without a personal address, so of course I do not want to appear that way myself. Thank you.
