Fraudsters and spammers often create multiple accounts with different IPs and then uses your service for spam, phishing or causing other damages.
This module uses cookies to identify if a customer has multiple accounts. If a multiple account is detected, various notifications or actions can be performed.
You'll be amazed how many scammers change their IPs with each order, but do not delete cookies.
In addition to creating a note in the customer profile and creating an internal support ticket, the module also supports notifications via the WHMCS Notification System. This means that you can receive notifications by mail, slack and HipChat.
All taken actions can be individually activated / deactivated.
For all modules, a free trial is available. Click on the buy link on the top of the site to order.
The best place to start if you need help with a specific product is to contact the developer. All WHMCS Marketplace developers have both a website and support URL listed.
Give your customers the power to unblock themselves from the CSF Firewall! Lessen your staff support ticket load

We have recently had some issues with fraudulent orders. Due to the use of proxies, it was difficult for us to distinguish between legitimate and fake orders. This module is amazing and has helped us to prevent a significant amount of fraudulent orders, ultimately putting an end to the wave of fraud.
The only issue is that it can be a bit verbose, and we need to review the notifications. It's not uncommon for legitimate customers to manage multiple accounts. However, I'm aware that this is a key feature of the module and it cannot determine which customers are legitimate or not. Therefore, I cannot really consider this a criticism as it is the expected functionality ;)

As already communicated in the ticket, a deletion of customers by the module is technically impossible. There is simply no code that can delete or edit customers in any way.
Owner@DeploymentcodeIn one of the replies you were only informed that an other issue reported by you will be checked and - if such a (non-critical) issue actually exists - it will be fixed. We did not confirm your other problems, nor did we promise a solution, since the problem is not related to the module.
Personally, I suspect that the issue is related to your WHMCS installation, since (according to WHMCS license checker) you are using a nulled version. It is common knowledge that nulled versions often contain not only the original code, but also other manipulations. The fact that you are using a non-legitimate version of WHMCS has also been communicated to you.

The module actually recognizes a lot of fraud accounts. I like that it recognizes the accounts not by the IP but by the cookie. Just a small thing: Maybe you can integrate a page where all detected accounts are listed.
