I was using a custom field for such sensitive data but after installing this module we do not have to delete previous ticket records manually

Well what can I say - plugin works perfectly. We had a few errors initially and compatibility issues with our theme. We also felt that some of the functionality could improve so raised a ticket with the developer. Within 24 hours, the new module was written, published and installed by the developer jumping on a MS Teams call and making sure everything was perfect. Support does not get any better than that. I would happily by any of their modules knowing that the support is outstanding.
