TIME MANAGER for WHMCS

If you are running a company where you have to control working time of your developers, this Module is perfect for you!

With TIME MANAGER you will be able to see how many hours each of your developers worked, control their working time and create a monthly reports for their salaries.

You can add as many developer as you want. All they need to do is to click START/STOP/BREAK whenever they start their work, go for a break and finish. Module will count their working time for you. You can also manage the holidays/ days off requests by simply accept them or decline with added comment.

Config:

marking one admin as 'manager' - this can be done while configuring module in ‘Add on settings’

Admin:

allows to set started work, taking a break and finish working
shows work time grouped by days- with break time and sallary
shows summed working time, break time and final salary
shows who started working in current day (are active or have a break) and who has a free day
allows to make request of time off
shows previous requests with status and comments from supervisor

Manager:

shows Admin list
allows to set rate for admins
shows detailed activity of every admin
allow to change working days (hours), making duplicate and deleting activity
accepting or refusing days off
shows Admin list
