The Ticket Feedback Manager gives you new ways to improve your reviews. Directly on the support ticket page you can exclude whole customers or single tickets from the ticket feedback mails, so that they are no longer invited to submit a review.
Two additional features allow you to further mitigate negative reviews - you can exclude tickets that are closed without an admin response from the feedback invitation and the rate-limit function gives you the opportunity to avoid flooding customers with feedback request mails. If a customer receives many invitations, your client might be annoyed by them. Furthermore, many tickets mean that the customer has many questions or problems, which may mean that they are dissatisfied.
