I was a little upset about this program at first, and gave them a poor review. I will say they stood behind their programming and made me happy. I applaud them for their hard work and dedication. While this program wasn't what I needed, it was my fault, not WHMCS Services. So I regret that I posted a poor review before letting them show me what they can do... Which was make me happy with getting me into something I could use. A+ on their service and support.

Yes, there are many different ways to do something but some clients don't know programming or database. With this module making easy of everybody when update the template and you need to add again.
With this module, you don't need to do anything :) make life easy of the client

TH Data Breach Notifications for WHMCS

February 6, 2019 at 07:41:33 PM

They apparently went out of business. I would LOVE to have this option, but for 2 months, it shows out of stock, the website links are all broken and I've started tickets in every group, only to have them be auto-closed after 14 days with no response. Sad, it looks like an interesting addition that I'd love to add.

Project Management Addon

This could be something, but it isn't. Very-VERY slow to develop or fix problems, major things don't work... Like if a client uploads a file, the user thinks it went fine.. And the file IS on your system... But no notification, and it doesn't show up in the files area, you have to manually FTP in and find it, but how would you even know to do that? MOST features are buggy. It's mostly a glorified to-do list right now. wbTeamPro PM is dramatically better and more powerful. I really wished they would get their act together on this, but it seems to be ran more like a weekend hobby, than a serious tool for companies that need Project Management. And I'm an idiot that paid for this.

Hi Gary,
Thanks for your review and preceding support ticket reporting the attachment issue. I'm pleased to see we were able to resolve the matter (case ID PMA-85) in the very next WHMCS release.

I understand you'd like to see a notification email for staff when a file is attached by a client. This isn't an idea we've had suggested before, so I've created a Feature Request on your behalf to help us track interest in implementing such an idea:

Excellent mobile admin theme and very excellent support. I was having a small problem and their support was amazing and helped me fix the problem quickly. I wished all authors performed at this level. Thanks for the great theme!
