Very arrogant and very poor customer support! He website doesn't work well and he doesn't even know where is own documentation is and refuses to write one!
What is the meaning of "arrogant" for you? That I was 100% honest by saying that there are only installation instructions and not full documentation? You asked a PRE-SALE question and I dared to be honest with you.
As for the "poor support". Based on what you rated it as poor? First and most important, you're not a client. You submit a Pre-Sale question at Aug 27th, 15:01pm and I replied in just 23 minutes (Aug 27th, 15:24pm). Also a quick look in ALL other reviews of ALL of my modules will proves the quality of my support.
What about so many updates with new features during just a year? What about the fact that there was just a bug (actually a incompatibility with latest MySQL) which fixed in just a day? What about the value for money? With just $20 you're getting lifetime updates, 100% visible source code, no license checks, and Brand Free. Only for last others ask double the price of my module.
So for me this review is just a FAKE review.
