System requires one network confirmation to forward your payment to your destination address you specified in WHMCS configuration. No delays. A small fee of 0.5% is taken automatically before system forwards your payment. Those fees are used to keep services up and running. Coins stay not longer than it takes to get one network confirmation on the transaction, usually ~10-30 minutes.
