ModulesGarden SMS Center For WHMCS is an innovation designed to enable sending text messages to administrators and clients straight from within your WHMCS. To this end, the module features support for 15 SMS gateways, including the world’s favorite Twilio, Clickatell and fastsms, plus an extra one meant for testing purposes. With their help, you will be allowed to verify new customers and orders, as well as establish two-factor authentication obliging your clients and staff members to provide SMS codes in order to access the system.

Our module will empower you to create SMS templates corresponding to specific email templates in your WHMCS, both default and custom ones. Each notification comes with predefined content but if needed, you can edit it suitably or even add other versions in different languages. In addition, you will be able to send single text messages of any sort simply through picking a customer or typing in any number manually. What is more, SMS Center For WHMCS will allow you to text your staff when the orders of certain products, domains and addons are placed, important tickets opened, or even in case specific customers log in to the client area - just compose the SMS template and set out the recipient-related conditions. As another option, you can design templates for mass text messages and send them whenever you choose, in accordance with previously formulated recipient filtering. Worthy of careful note is also the ability to regulate multiple configurations under every active SMS gateway, each dedicated to a different group of countries. At any moment, you will be permitted to manage the list of queued messages and check the status of each SMS to make sure it has been properly delivered.

As early as at the stage of registration, but also ever afterwards, your clients will be free to decide whether or not to receive notifications in the SMS format. If they choose to opt in, they will be allowed to select the particular types of messages to be delivered or turn them all off when no longer wanted. Apart from the notifications, SMS messages can be used to equip customers with tokens required to complete the process of account or order activation. For their convenience, the code can be easily resent at all times should it be needed.

Our clients appreciate the payment reminder sms's and over all this has helped us keep track of important admin functions.

I have used this product with my Hosting and IT Support business. It is a fantastic tool and cannot recommend it highly enough. I have saved a large sum of money in support and my customers are far more satisfied, Definitely have a better customer retention rate as its making billing much simpler for my customers.
