The quality of MG modules is exceptional but the cost is not accessible to everyone. I think that MG should also enable monthly billing on its website to broaden the audience of users and give the possibility to newly established companies to use its modules.

After testing and trying out this module extensively we came to the conclusion it is not working for us.

The staff accounts do NOT work with this module. Meaning you cannot assign permissions per brand.

The module is quite user unfriendly to work with.

Centrally maintaining product pricing requires deleting and adding the product back to the brands.

The sales numbers per brand are also calculated wrong so they cannot be trusted.

And many other small things which we think this module needs a lot of further development to make it more complete. Right know it's not usable for us because our brands differ too much in services and pricing. We ended up just buying another WHMCS license to save us time.

Excellent module. It saves a lot of time and money. Multibrand for WHMCS plugin allowed me to manage multiple brands within one WHMCS instance without a hassle. This module allowed me to separate hosting business from online marketing and SEO business. Now I can manage everything from one dashboard. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We trialled Multibrand with the purpose of rolling several WHMCS installs into one so we could manage all our clients tickets, invoices, products & add-ons from the one dashboard instead of managing and paying for multiple WHMCS installs.

After some initial configuration issues, Modules Garden support helped us sort the problems out and so far so good! There was a few manual steps initially, particularly with some clients, tickets or invoices not being assigned to a brand and so they wouldn't appear for the client - but if you take the appropriate time to review, read the docs and discuss with support you'll work it all out.

I was using 1shoppingCart before I found this. What a brilliant module! ModulesGarden Multibrand For WHMCS is an essential module for online entrepreneurs, especially affiliate marketers, but really just about anyone selling anything online that doesn't want to start a new billing system with every single business they launch. This will allow you to handle multiple businesses on multiple website businesses with one WHMCS license. Say no to redundant costs! We love how this allows us to bill clients separately for hosting charges, and web marketing charges. It keeps the two fees separated in the mind of the customer, and this makes it easier to understand from a billing standpoint for the customer.

This is really magic.

Modulesgarden multibrand module is a big magic in whmcs.

I tested multibrand module with 7 days free access and loved it very much...And then purchased the module.

Now i can create multiple brands in one whmcs..I can arrange prices for each brands...I can arrange custom emails for each brand...And i can do all these with setup custom domains for each brand...And there are lots of more great features in this module..

Module is working smoothly and fast. And also their support is really great...

Words are not enough to describe multibrand module's greatness..It is better to check it out :)

Multibrand Module is a great Help for us . We had around 10 Brands and this module helped us to use all the brands in one WHMCS installation which has saved us Time and Money .

The Multibrand module has been great, saves money for multiple WHMCS licences and Installations as well as allowing us to operate multiple brands under the one WHMCS. The great thing is that for customers, they don't see the other brands, they only see the brand we want them to see.

Would love to see features that include the ability to hide products from customers, of a particular brand. Otherwise great module and highly recommended.

This plugin is poorly supported and has many issues with it. My biggest issue by far is with Modules Garden support. They don't really want to spend time on your problems. They come up with petty questions to ask and take a day to respond. I've purchased several plugins from them and I've had issues that take over a week to get resolution on... if its resolved at all. I'd just stay away from any ModulesGarden product, feels like they don't like their customers or their jobs.

Lacks some features.

When we installed the module, it had apparent bugs with the affiliate system. This was resolved. However, the module is really missing the features you would expect.

1. The module allows you to assign knowledgebase categories as one brand, and have multiple brand of articles in one category, but it doesn't display properly. You can't keep the same articles for multiple brands.

2. You cannot give one of your support agents access to generating invoices or creating a ticket, or logging in as a client UNLESS you give them full administrative access to this module. Really?

3. If you have the feature enabled on WHMCS that suggests articles to customers, they may or may not be able to view the articles they are presented as this module does not display the correct articles for the correct brand.

4. It doesn't sort client brands properly at the beginning. It does a better job once people sign up after you install the module.

5. You cannot hide a support department and link to it - it breaks.


Then on every page, there's additional load time for the brands to show up and for you to be able to perform actions. This makes it more annoying when you want to create tickets, add invoices, etc. You can probably develop a module similar to this without all the problems yourself using DNS and a simple hook. Sure it won't be as in-depth but it won't have as many problems. I would not recommend wasting time on this - it may just be easier to have separate WHMCS per brand.
