The App is good, what is lacking is the customer support. A lot of complaints all over the internet about their customer support. It's disappointing especially having an this functional.
Signing up is easy, Activation of the account is pathetic, made worse by ill-mannered support staff who never reply to emails or calls.
Take a look @ their facebook page and see all that is going on in there. Everyone seems to be complaining about one thing or the other, but the bottom line is the customer support.
The website/facebook has no provision for feedback or reviews otherwise you will see the lowest rating ever. I signed up years ago but when I wanted to activate my account for commercial use I went thru hell till i gave up and removed the gateway from my whmcs.
