You need to have a FranceDNS account and the FranceDNS Registrar Module installed (account configuration is taken from this module). You can find the FranceDNS Registrar Module on their wiki @ http://support.francedns.com/fr/wiki/Module_WHMCS
All prices are with french VAT, it's hardcoded but it's easy to modify it, it's open source
