Current version of Import Assist addon only supports PHP 8.1 or older. PHP stable is now PHP 8.2 with ionCube Encoder.
Could you or someone kindly update accordingly for us?
Many thanks.
Trent Watts @MKWServer
Can we get a updated version of the this to support PHP 8.2 Ioncube 13 or higher

Great addon but we cannot select what to import? I don't want to import everything. I need a an option to select. Only a selected items like users, products, pricing, etc. I don't want to import old unused addon and its files and database.
Thanks
GreenITSolution @greenitsolution6878
There should be user choice option that what they want to import. Example, I just want to import the clients, client domains & services.
Francesco Gruner @francesco3510
Hi, is it incompatible with php8 version?
as soon as I load the files on / addon / and go to the setup page in whmcs, it gives me an "oops" error
John Kipling @WHMCS-John
Hi Francesco,
WHMCS Staff MemberWe have published v1.2.3 which adds compatibility with PHP 8.1.
Please download the latest version and give it a try!
David @david5896
Does not work - downloaded unzipped - now have files and folder - you cannot upload folders via filemanager in Cpanel!
Uploaded Zip extracted to folder - WHMCS does not see any Import Assist addon
Deleted - Why there is not a client import already in WHMCS is ridiculous!
John Kipling @WHMCS-John
Hi David,
WHMCS Staff MemberI'm sorry to hear you experienced trouble installing ImportAssist. It sounds like the files may not have been positioned quite right; they should end up at /modules/addons/import_assist/ in accordance with the installation instructions: https://docs.whmcs.com/ImportAssist
Once the files are in the correct directory ImportAssist will appear on the Setup > Addon Modules page immediately.
Please open a ticket with our Support team so we can provide further assistance: http://www.whmcs.com/support

Not sure if its because the version of Whmc i am using is too old or not, doesnt seem to be able to import domain names
John Kipling @WHMCS-John
Hi Peter,
WHMCS Staff MemberThanks for your review. I'm pleased to announce that we have released v1.1.5 of ImportAssist which will now import domain names.
MAPPUS Sébastien @mappus5804
Today I put a rating of 5 stars because this module works almost perfectly.
Some defects such as the import of domain names, and some problems for customers, I have to refresh the page several times, but it to work in the final.
I use WHMCS 7.5.1 on PHP 7.2, hope it will have an update that will allow me to import domains.
Thank you
John Kipling @WHMCS-John

John Kipling @WHMCS-John

Hendra Setyawan @Wpfastest
Not working for blesta 3.6 & blesta 4
John Kipling @WHMCS-John
Hi Hendra,
WHMCS Staff MemberBlesta 4 is not currently listed as one of the supported scripts which ImportAssist can import.
However Blesta 3.x is supported and I am not aware of any problems with version 3.6 specifically. Please open a support ticket so we can investigate: http://www.whmcs.com/support/
Update:
I'm pleased to advise support for Blesta 4 has now been added!
