We are using the latest version of the Lagom theme but encountering an issue on the admin side. When we open the Lagom backend panel, we observe an error in the console related to BootstrapSwitch conflicting with the WHMCS admin template's main library scripts, script.min.js, and vendor.min.js. We do our best to make our theme compatible with all modules, which are compatible with latest WHMCS versions and its default "Twenty One" theme. In case of any compatibility issues with third-party modules, we fix them for free, if you can provide an access to your WHMCS server.
Some of Lagom Client Theme elements function differently than in default WHMCS theme, which may result that some modules may not work the same way as in default WHMCS theme. Its because most of the theme management is available via the theme addon.

The Lagom Theme is the best you can get in the current market. The theme is always up to date and never behind with new releases of WHMCS. And on top of that, if you have any problems, even its not caused by lagom. The support is fast, and you have a solution already the same day you make the ticket if its within opening hours.
If you want to have a secure, fast and feature rich template for whmcs, then go with lagom you will definitely not be disappointed at all in any ways, and the support team go far beyond whats excepted in helping you with your problems. Yes, there was an issue with ordering process on Firefox browser, when domain registration was enabled for specific product group.

You have to be very clear in every aspect you would like regarding custom development (based on the theme), but if they say they can create it for you, they can!

I have reviewed before but I just wanted to write again as a customer using RS Studio Lagom for several years.
Their WHMCS theme is very good, and we have had lots of tricky integration challenges over the years - even in the last month we have updated our integration and RS Studio has had to go above and beyond to make it work seamlessly for a great user experience. We have quite exacting standards, and they have supported us in making it look exactly how we want without complaint.
It is not just the design you are paying for when you buy anything, it is also the support you get when you need help, customization or bug fixes. And I think RS Studio still does an excellent job at responding and getting issues resolved. We have used other themes (for our external websites) and the support is slow and frustrating - this is not the case here. RS Studio is present and responsive which is what you need when running a business.
RS Studio informs me that V2 is in the making, and I am looking forward to seeing what the next evolution looks like!

Ordered the product. Installation a little tricky to get everything in the correct places. But think that is more a WHMCS issue than RS Studio.
Do note that the theme is limited to one colour and to change this, you need to do quite a bit of css styling and create a child theme. This is something that I did not realise.
I did however request a refund which was approved. So at least not robbery.
For those liking the blue theme, it is decent, but feel a little pricey to not have the option of a colour pallet or something.

Terrible support and updates. It has been over a month and they have not provided yet support for WHMCS 8.1, there is absolutely no development on the theme or improvements. It just stays as is. It would be expected that there are improvements and active development. This is not the case. It seems the theme is "dead" as support takes long time to fix bugs. Last update of the theme was 3 months ago!
I would not suggest to buy for long term usage. Summer hosts go ahead!
EDIT: I never mentioned ticket support was bad. Just theme support and development. It would be nice to know that there will be a v 2.0 released soon and you should maybe communicate more with customers! Because as is I always had the impression you did not care about updating or upgrading the theme at all. Just bug updates and that's it.

However, this information is available on our website since December, that release of new Lagom version will be delayed until end of January.
We actively develop new Lagom version, however all these new features won't be released as smaller updates, but as one big update included in Lagom 2.0 version.
All our tickets are replied in maximum time of 24 hours in business days, however in most cases it's less than 4 hours.
If you have an impression that replies to your tickets are too slow, just let us know, so we could improve.

First, Lagom theme for WHMCS is beautiful and feature rich - haven't had any real problems regarding the theme and can be easily customized to cater specific needs. Second, RSStudio is amazing when it comes to any support concerns - not once disappointed with their responses and they even go out of the way to contact other module vendors if somehow there may be a compatibility issues between Lagom and another module.

This is an extraordinary whmcs theme.
Clean, light weight, customizable and most importantly good support.
Updates are given frequently, quick with new releases of whmcs and compatibility fixes.
And finally good price for what it is.
There is only one thing, since the theme comes in RTL style, the extensions such as Email Templates and PDF invoice also should be compatible with RTL style. Which in this case it isn't. However, these extensions are not hardcoded with ioncube and you can easily modify them if you have the knowledge.

We do confirm that there was an issue with our licensing server for couple of hours.
During this period RS Themes addon tried to connect to our licensing system, and caused issue with loading speed.
This was because our licensing server was down, and RS Themes addon got into a loop, by trying to connect to the licensing server, which was not responding. This was caused by the addon bug, which has been resolved in Lagom 1.5.0 version.
Lagom license is checked by RS Themes addon once a day. When addon receive information that licensing server is not available, it should stop and tray again within 24 hours. However, because of the bug, it's been trying to connect over and over, which caused WHMCS loading issues, for these couple of hours.
Such issues should not happen, so please accept our sincere apologies for caused problems. Please upgrade your RS themes addon to version 1.5.0 to prevent such issues in future, or please contact our support, and we will provide you fix for your current product version.
We've also released on a Open Source version of Lagom WHMCS theme, without build-in licensing checker. Please contact with us if you are interested.

We have been working with Pawel and his team for the past 10 months on a heavily modified version of their Lagom template and have always been impressed with the quality of their work. In our case, we are an already established hosting company with well over 30,000 accounts, as a result having developers we can rely upon is essential to us, and RS Studio have always delivered, even when our requirements have been somewhat out of the ordinary.
Contrary to one of the reviews below we have not encountered any database issues related to the template, as with any software we have experienced minor bugs but every single issue we have reported has been addressed by Pawel and has been quickly integrated into new releases.
For $99 you are getting a very high-quality template that has clearly had a lot of time spent on its development considering the close attention to detail, that attention to detail is often missing from other templates.

The support has very short reaction times and helps very detailed and free if you have an active license.
The design also has a very clean and structured programming, so that you can easily make your own modifications.
Here you acquire a design from an enterprise designer smithy. We would always choose Lagom again.
The negative reviews I can not understand, we run a WHMCS with tens of thousands of users and many daily calls, by Lagom we have noticed no performance losses. Also, not thousands of unnecessary database calls, as it claims a review here.

Clientarea theme look is good but no website template. The price for only clientarea theme $99 is so high. Also it's backend coding is not so good. As mentioned earlier by someone else huge database call and site goes down. Thanks for the nice theme

It's clearly stated that we are selling theme for WHMCS "client area" and "order process", nothing more.

I purchased the beautifully designed Lagom theme earlier in 2019 and have had nothing but fantastic experiences with the outstanding support from RS Themes. I’m a complete noob still with WHMCS and I’m sure the problems I had were of my doing, but Paweł has always responded in a timely manner and fixed my issues for me. This time though, he responded amazingly quickly (within minutes - and on a weekend) to get my site back up and running perfectly without a hitch. So happy, just wish there were more stars to give! Putting the excellent design work to the side for a moment, we hardly ever come across a team that pays so much attention to customer service. It really is refreshing and reassuring. Support tickets are answered promptly and the team go above and beyond to fulfil your request. Because they listen, the product gets stronger and stronger each time. And this is evidenced in the latest version and the strong customer reviews.
Coming back to the design, there is only praise here as well. Such a unique and highly functional design with plenty of opportunities to tweak. Extremely well thought out and improving the WHMCS usability in the process.
We have been extremely impressed with both design and service and can only recommend this Theme to anyone who wants to improve the WHMCS look and feel as well as be supported every step of the way.

There are some ok themes out their but there are always problems and limitations that you run into however this theme is what I call PERFECTION. Excellent product with a wonderfully intuitive interface, this was built on solid basis and is literally the best theme avaialble around for WHMCS. Invoices customisation themes are also available and look delightful compared to the standard ones.
Css customisations are extremely easy and can be performed by a novice. In addition Pawel and his theme are very friendly and helpful whenever needed.

This is for sure the most complete and pixel perfect WHMCS theme. For sure you will not regret if you purchase this theme, however, this is not the only awesome thing about this theme :) in my opinion, the best thing is the professionalism this team has proven in the past months/years. One of the best themes we've had so far. In addition, the support team was able to fix all bugs in just a few minutes. With the errors one must also say that these only occurred due to a too old version and were nevertheless corrected for us.
But the best thing about the design is the addon that comes with it. The style is extremely versatile and can be easily adjusted in the admin area of the addon.

I have used WHMCS since version 3.0 was launched (at least 10yrs ago), I've used many themes over the years and Lagom has to be my favourite theme and the Lagon support team have been fantastic at responding to questions I have about the theme.
I highly recommend Lagom to anyone who is looking for a modern theme that looks great and gives a nice user experience during signup process.
