Initially I was not too happy with a great deal of inconsistencies and small bug items that were broken. Originally I left an okayish review for them as I like what they had done and had a huge appreciation for the hard work to build this product. I have always said their support is pretty good, but now I have to say the support is brilliant, actually beyond brilliant.
Sandeep made contact with me, we spoke about the challenges, the bugs and so forth and within one day, he had tackled every issue I had, fixed, tweaked and explained it all. He seriously left me so impressed I shared my experience with everyone I met that day. This is how support should always be.
So yes the template takes time and effort to construct everything, but then if you own/run a hosting company you know that everything takes time and effort. This is truly a great template system. Not only do you have one site to deal with and no longer have to maintain two sites. It loos great, works great and leaves you feeling great, knowing that you potential customers are having a brilliant experience navigating your site and purchasing your product.

We started working this this product at the beginning of 2021. Took a little while to get our heads around the blocks on the backend of the theme but once you've mastered that, it's fairly easy. It does require some patience. If you're just looking for a out of the box website to become a hosting company then this isn't for you, however if you're serious about and intend to put the work and dedication in, then you should definitely be considering this one!!
I can not fault the support team here, we had a licencing issue after upgrading one of our servers which was causing a headache for both parties, but credit where it's due, they persevered until the problem was resolved. Thank you WGS!

This is the easiest and well made themes for whmcs, period! I've tried many and nothing comes close. Their builtin control panel is an amazing feature. There are definitely some limitations but those can be easily tweaked. The support team is very responsive and extremely knowledgable and helpful. Extremely happy with the purchase!

I bought this Theme a while ago and can only say it is the worst Theme i ever encountered.
It never even works continuously cuz the license go "Invalid" every now and then.
Response times are a pure nightmare (if you even get an answer..).
If you got month of time to debug this and rework the most part of it it might be a try but in this state i won´t consider buying this.
Wasted my money on this thing nothing more.

The issue you are explaining regarding licence we check the licence locally. Remotely it checked only after 10 days so i don't think this issue can be happen. This is one of the best product available in market as WHMCS theme. Hostx makes it easy for web master to create and deploy website. The site is divided in modules and is very easy to use. I never thought this much easily I could ever make website in whmcs. The full credit goes to manvinder and his team. Awesome job and keep going

Yes don't buy... this theme will destroy your time and money ... They don't resolve issues and did play with live chat while they know you are their client, i did check my self my login from different IP ...same person but did not reply my original client account ...
They are from India and looks like a Thugs of Hindusthan - looting money
Anyways I have escalated the dispute on PayPal for my refund ...Let see what they do... I will come back once I get reply to the Paypal dispute.
And i am sure those are provided 5* they are not real buyer ....

Afther having tested a lot with wordpress themes that work with api software towards WHMS, we decided to go to a design without api software. The reason is that you keep updating both the wordpress side and the api software (which costs a lot of money and time).
After quite a few tests, the choice fell on whmcsglobalservices.com.
HostX is very flexible and you get a lot for your money, easy to build and adapt to everyone's wishes.
And that from the admin side in WHMCS itself.
Then the other side of the story and it is certainly important that Whmcsglobalservice offers you good support (free of charge) if you have other wishes (customization) then you can request this via the website in the form of a quote, after which the invoice will follow.
I like having 1 point of contact who can take care of both front-end design and back-end (linux programming).
We are now 1.5 years further and we purchase several products from this company and are all satisfied with the products and services that have been delivered to us.
I have to admit that the documentation can better the same story for the structure of updating the software.
Altogether, a lot of value for a small amount of money.

We purchased a theme from WHMCS Global Services and we had many issues from first step of installation.
Their customer service is useless and very rude! I have a copy of their chat when they refuse to help in a very un-polite way and say "we don't care and we already have 250 customers!"
Anyway, just wanted to share our experience with them, happy to share more information if required.
We finally got our money back by disputing through paypal and they didn't even reply back to their PayPal case!

I've been dealing with this ridiculous theme for about 6 months. The theme is definitely not handy. There are too many errors and it is very difficult to optimize. I also bought an optimization service, but they didn't optimize. They didn't refund and didn't accept my request to replace it with another product. In short, my money went to the trash. I have been waiting for them to reply to my last message for 20 days. Thank you WGS :)

Great software and easy to use once you know what you need to do.
Support is super good when you get them on live chat.
Happy with purchase just need to factor in a weird time zone to where I am now.
English is not their first language so if your using it in English then your going to need to make some changes - its a great way to get the design how you want \ need it.

The new version is a great update to all bugs with a refreshing admin panel that I love, Hope WHMCS backend should be of that color scheme. An issue that is left is regarding Database syncing. They are saying that it is fixed and will release a new update soon. Else the theme is working perfect for us.

While I must say that there's some bugs with this template, I have to say it is AMAZING!
The folks at WHMCS Global Services allowed us a free license of the template so I could try it on my website and review it. I have to say it is fully customizeable, and with the issues I had, the fine support staff were actually able to fix it, and let me know us know what was going on.

While it is true that the theme is buggy, let's all try to keep in mind that this theme incorporates some really nice ground breaking features. Take for example the drag & drop page builder designed for WHMCS --- totally awesome concept. Another weak point is the skimpy documentation and/or lack there of -- extremely frustrating! Additionally, there are files containing hardcoded content that's tricky (but not impossible) to customize. But after working with the theme for about a week, I was able to honestly give it 4 stars (-1 for lack of proper documentation). It's a fresh new concept for WHMCS and it is loaded with potential (along with a ton of bugs). But I can remember way back when WHMCS itself was new and buggy too.

If the overall goal is a professional looking site that's tightly integrated with WHMCS then this is a good choice. With a little effort and a ton of support from Aaron and his development team, we were able to customize the theme to resemble our former WordPress site. No more bridges, slow loading pages and bot registrations.
If you add up the cost of a WordPress theme, and a couple of premium WordPress plugins then you will find that the cost is reasonable, all things considered. I am looking forwarding to seeing what other innovations will be included in the next version.

Don't say that issue was resolved. I removed the theme from my website. For your information, I was one who canceled the PayPal dispute. Because of the good support I got from your team, Even though, the theme is very buggy;
It was was a waste of time and money. I will transfer my license for free to anybody if you allow me.
I wanted to be very rude, but I met some nice people in your company, because of them I won't say anything.

While the aesthetics of the theme are spot on, working with the theme is a total and complete nightmare. Documentation is spotty or nonexistent. The theme itself is full of bugs! For $170 USD, it should just friggin WORK straight out of the gate. We are working with Version V1.0.6 and after a full 7 days of frustration, we are considering moving BACK to WordPress at least we would have had a fully function site with 7 days worth of work.
