Knowledgebases are great for storing and sharing information, how to guides, company information, basic server layouts, etc, but some articles should not be available to the public. With the staff knowledgebase addon module for WHMCS, you are able to keep your internal KB articles separate and private from your public WHMCS knowledgebase.
NOTE: This module uses a similar database table setup as another module by the same name and different developer. We used that module internally and it needed to be replaced since that module was not being updated. As such, this module will read the other module’s categories and articles, but not other features like private articles as they were not in use. If you require those features, let me know and I will see what can be done.

Search now offers matching all or any keyword in the title and body of an article . No keyword matching is also available if you want to disable searching of a keyword in the body or title. Exact matching of keywords is now possible. Exact match will match "key" or "eyword" but not "keyword".
