I am currently using this module. It has made my email marketing more easier. Been using mailerlite over the years and got excite we have a WHMCS module for it. It is lightweight and synced with my whmcs perfectly. I really love this.

I`m naturally a shy character who has never rated a product negatively before but this one really deserves to be called out for what it truly is. For starters, this part here is very false:
"With MailerLite, not only can you compose and send awesome-looking emails, but with the integration in WHMCS, you can setup emails that are triggered automatically when events such as new signups and purchases occur within WHMCS."
This module just imports clients from WHMCS into Mailerlite then does nothing else, absolutely nothing else. If all I wanted was to import my client list from WHMCS into Mailerlite then I could have easily just exported my client list via a .csv file. I did not buy this addon to just export a list of clients. I bought it so I could take advantage of the advertised email WHMCS/Mailerlite marriage. However, there is nowhere to control or set the automation to send emails as advertised "when events such as new signups and purchases occur within WHMCS" as written on the module description. There is no documentation either to help guide the setup. I opened a support ticket to try and get help and guess what, the salesperson replied after a week asking me to open another ticket directed to 'support'. I did as instructed and still did not get a response. Then after several days I followed up on the ticket asking where or how I can connect the events within WHMCS to connect with emails in Mailerlite. Support`s response:
"I apologize for the delayed response. Yes, client sync with MailerLite you able to send any marketing emails also have your list"
This of course is not anywhere close to answering the question I had asked, super frustrating indeed.
When buying this module, I also found the checkout process extremely frustrating but that is not the focus of this review. The focus of this review is to try and warn others who may possibly fall victim to this module that I can now justifiably label as a time waster. Looking deeply into this I also have reason to believe that the majority of the 5 star reviews on this module, if not all, are fake.
I will not ask for a refund. They can keep the money.

Update 19 Sept 2024
I feel bad about this review that I left years ago. It's not in my nature to bash other entrepreneurs. I am sorry.

#1 This review is not fake I can approve anybody that this is not fake.
Owner@WHMCS Services#2 If Mailerlite has any kind of API doc of this then we can add but they don't.
#3 Sorry about the delayed email very busy here with this new WHMCS price deal with a lot of clients switching to Blesta or ClientExec
#4 The checkout is fine we don't allow any VPN or hosting type connection you need to sure your ISP
