Log in to Admin Panel
Go to Setup -> Addon Modules Section
Activate SupportPRO server manager Module (*See the below section for the User/Client configuration)
Set Configure -> Full Administrator Privilege (Optional)
Log in to Client Area
Server Manager Widget is in the Client area dashboard, click on the Widget area for the server configuration. Or click on the Server Manager on Top Menu.
Enter Dedicated Server or Reseller Server details for configuration. Ie, Server IP, Root username and Password. Save and view the server status.
Access Server Status and Email Queue Management sections.
'View Mail', 'View Log', 'Delete Mail' and 'Delete All Mails' in Frozen Mails has been enabled
NB : Module Activation and User/Client Group Configuration
Go to Clients -> View/Search Clients section in the Admin area
Click on the client name and it redirects to the client details section.
Go to the Profile tab and see the Client Group Option.
Select any client group from the drop-down and save the changes.
