I bought the v2 of this Web Pro Host template.
There are alot of bugs in the templates that comprises of:
a) Erroneous Setup Price during ordering
b) Missing domain name pricing during ordering
c) Erroneous reseller pricing during ordering
d) During domain name checkout, it indicates free domain name whereas we did not configure that
We logged several tickets and pointed out their demo site also shown the same error.
They keep demanding us to grant them FTP access to check the issue, but we cannot do so due to security reason.
I told them to take a look at our website but still they insist for the FTP access.
This is a common trick that they used to shun away from debugging it because they know it very well that no one will grant them the FTP access.
They just want to simply sell it and use the FTP access requirement as a form of deterrent.
