Notification system for Pushover

WHMCS integrates with popular team communication apps to notify you in real time as events occur.
Using conditions, you can set up WHMCS to notify you in Pushover about the events that are important to you.

Delivers WHMCS notifications to the Pushover app (iOS, Android, Desktop).

Requirements

Installation

Copy the Pushover/ folder into:

/path/to/whmcs/modules/notifications/Pushover/

Add a logo (optional but recommended): Place a logo.png file (64×64 px recommended) inside the module folder.
Log in to the WHMCS admin area and go to: Setup → Notifications
Enable the "Pushover" provider and fill in:
- API Token — your application token (from pushover.net/apps)
- User Key — your user key (from pushover.net/dashboard)
Click "Test Connection" to validate the credentials.
Create your notification rules and select Pushover as the provider.

Per-rule settings

Each notification rule can configure:

Setting Description Target Device Pushover device name to send to (leave blank for all devices). Separate multiple names with commas. Priority Low (-1), Normal (0), or High (1) Sound Sound to play on delivery (full built-in Pushover sound list included) HTML Formatting Enables HTML rendering in the message body

Notes

WHMCS attributes (client name, order ID, ticket number, etc.) are automatically appended to the notification body.
The WHMCS resource URL is passed as a Pushover supplementary link labelled "View in WHMCS".
Messages are automatically truncated to 1,024 characters if needed (Pushover limit).
Emergency priority (2) is intentionally not exposed in the UI as it requires additional retry/expire parameters. Add it manually if needed.
