Andrezzz has created an amazing plugin that has had huge benefits within our community to provide community members with a way to easily get a verified product role and access to support forums in Discord. We originally bought the addon and needed to backdate previous customers' products to give them the roles. Andrezzz took time out of his day to provide a custom script that handled it all for us, going above and beyond for his customers. I would highly recommend this easy-to-use tool for any company using WHMCS and Discord!

Perfect addon if you use Discord for business reasons. With the newest features introduced, it's made managing clients so much easier and so much quicker than having to assign the roles yourself.
Not only does he listen to the suggestions we all make to him but he also does his best to implement them, so far there's been an update every 1 - 2 months with now extended ability coming out soon!
I strongly suggest this addon to anyone that uses WHMCS and Discord for their business, even if it's just for support.

The time has come for me to leave feedback about the bot that synchronizes the roles between WHMCS and discord. I have been using this bot for about a month I suppose and I can say that I am extremely satisfied with it. Synchronization does it very quickly. I had to modify some aspects of whmcs (related to the suspend/activate/terminate/reactivate/create mode), but it was not a major inconvenience. Overall my grades are:
Installation: 10/10 - too easy
Usability: 8/10 - it took me a while to figure out how the bot works.
Support: 10/10 - Mr. @Andrezzz responds quickly to requests and is even involved if bugs appear.
