SendLime for WHMCS

SendLime helps WHMCS providers send customer and admin notifications through SMS, WhatsApp, or Smart Route directly from WHMCS events.

The addon supports invoice notifications, order updates, service/module updates, domain updates, ticket notifications, admin alerts, and manual messages to individual clients.

Send customer notifications by SMS or WhatsApp
Smart Route support: try WhatsApp first, then fall back to SMS
Invoice created, paid, and payment reminder notifications
Order accepted notifications
Service create, suspend, unsuspend, terminate, and package-change notifications
Domain registration, renewal, transfer, and failure notifications
Ticket open, reply, close, and admin reply notifications
Admin login alerts
Admin notification templates with custom recipient numbers
Client notification templates
Enable or disable each template
Choose SMS, WhatsApp, or Smart Route per template
Send a manual message to any WHMCS client
Supports current SendLime API v2 Bearer API keys
Separate SMS sender and WhatsApp sender settings
WHMCS admin CSRF protection
API key field is stored as a password field

Active SendLime account and API key

Notes

API Secret is no longer required. Use a SendLime API key with SMS and/or WhatsApp permission.

For WhatsApp notifications, enter the registered WhatsApp sender number from SendLime unless your SendLime account has a default WhatsApp profile.
