It's not working on (my WHMCS v8.4.1 and PHP v7.4.28) and doesn't get a solution from WHMCS Services after opening the support ticket. It's wasted my money and time also!

Having this module is key to preventing headaches. Before installing this module, my system would terminate an account for non payment. The invoice however would remain. The customer would show up a few days later and pay that invoice which caused a mess because the service was already disconnected and we would have to manually set up the account. What this module prevents is priceless. When the service is disconnected for non payment, this module cancels the invoice preventing the customer from paying it and forces them to simply start a new line of service. 5 STARS!!! Must have!!!

I am using this module now for 2 months. It is working as expected and very helpful to prevent unpaid invoices submission for VAT in South Africa as we have to pay for every issued invoice and proforma invoices is not accepted by SARS as method of invoicing. Thank you WHMCS Services.
