Ticket Campaigns for WHMCS is an addon that will allow sending bulk tickets to your clients. This addon lets you send tickets to clients based on Client, Product/Service, Addon, and Domain criteria. With a queuing process, Ticket Campaigns allows you transparently process many campaigns at once.

By sending the bulk ticket, you can ask your clients for feedback regarding your products or send them some important announcements that users can respond to.

As many businesses clear their WHMCS email archives after a few years to reduce the size of the database, this addon can send important announcements to customers. So, In addition to sending an email when the ticket is opened, the ticket will remain in the customer's panel forever and can be referenced in the future.

Note: This addon supports official WHMCS hooks (TicketOpen & TicketOpenAdmin) when the ticket is opened, so if you are currently using another addon related to the ticket opening (like some SMS addons), our addon also supports it.
