Block Emails

This lightweight module effectively manages a database of blocked email addresses, preventing them from generating support tickets. Additionally, it allows you to block entire domains associated with these emails, such as %@domain.com. By implementing this, users like user1@domain.com and user2.domain.com will be successfully blocked.

Kind be informed that this addon aims to prevent the submission of tickets from blocked domains specifically in support forms (excluding contact.php). Additionally, it serves the purpose of restricting ticket openings from non-logged-in users.

Installation Instructions:

To install this addon, please follow these steps:

1. Unzip the downloaded zip file.
2. Upload the contents of the 'upload_81' directory to your WHMCS root directory. Specifically, ensure that these two files are uploaded correctly: (i) ~/includes/hooks/block_email.php (ii) ~/modules/addons/BlockEmails/BlockEmails.php
3. Navigate to the WHMCS admin panel.
4. Go to "Setup" -> "Addon Modules" or "System Settings -> Addon Modules".
5. Find "Block Emails" in the list and click the "Activate" button next to it.
6. Click 'Configure' next to the 'Activate' button, tick the appropriate admin roles, and click 'Save Changes'.
7. You should now see a new menu item under "Addons" in the top menu. Click on it to add blocked email addresses.

Please note that this addon is encoded for PHP 8.1 using IonCube Loader v12.
