The Problem: Some TLDs (.be, .nl, .it, .de, etc.) can only be renewed 28 days before expiry. Without filtering, clients pay for renewals that fail at the registrar - corrupting invoice cycles and creating billing desync that requires manual cleanup.

How it works: Client visits renewals page → module checks each domain against TLD rules → domains outside renewal window are hidden → client only sees domains that can actually renew.
