By default there is no admin interface to view or manage these patterns. This addon fixes that. We use this to cut off forwards and replies for customers using email to communicate with the support system.
Each line you enter in the editor is saved as a separate row in tblticketbreaklines.
WHMCS core reads this table to determine where to truncate ticket replies, stripping
quoted history from support tickets to keep threads readable.
