Email Failure Alert places a bold red bar at the top of every admin page when emails fail, showing exactly what’s wrong and how to fix it.

Persistent admin bar — visible on every WHMCS admin page until failures clear
Smart diagnosis — automatically identifies the root cause:
Google App Password expired or rejected
Microsoft 365 / Outlook auth failure
SMTP connection refused or timed out
TLS/SSL handshake failure
Relay access denied
Daily sending quota exceeded
DNS/MX hostname not resolving
Fix instructions — each diagnosis includes a specific remediation step
Detail page — full failure log with per-row diagnosis badges, current SMTP config shown (host, port, username auto-decrypted)
Dismissible — ✕ button dismisses for the current session
5-minute cache — results cached to a JSON file, zero database hit on most page loads
Auto-clears — bar disappears automatically once no failures are found in the alert window
Configurable — adjust the lookback window (hours) and log match pattern from addon settings
