Domains Reseller for WHMCS is a two-part module system that lets you turn your existing WHMCS installation into a domain wholesale provider. It exposes the domain registrars you already have configured to downstream WHMCS installations, so your resellers can register and manage domains through their own WHMCS while every operation is fulfilled by your registrars behind the scenes.

The system consists of a provider-side addon that runs on your WHMCS, and a registrar module that each reseller installs on theirs. The reseller module installs like any ordinary domain registrar, but instead of connecting to a registrar directly, it routes every request to your platform through a secure API.

1. Works with your existing registrars. Domain operations are executed through the native WHMCS engine, so each TLD is automatically routed to whichever registrar you have assigned as active. There is no need to reconfigure or duplicate registrar credentials.
2. Full domain lifecycle support. Resellers can register, renew, and transfer domains, and manage nameservers, WHOIS/contact details, EPP/auth codes, and registrar lock/unlock — all from their own WHMCS interface.
3. Prepaid billing through native WHMCS credit. Each reseller is linked to a client in your WHMCS, and their balance is that client's native credit. You top them up using the standard Add Credit function, and every chargeable operation is deducted automatically and recorded in the client's credit history with a clear description.
4. Automatic pricing with configurable margins. Reseller pricing is derived from the prices already configured in your WHMCS plus a margin you set globally by default, or per reseller. Margins can be positive for markup or negative to grant discounts. No manual price entry is required.
5. Automatic TLD synchronization. Resellers pull your full TLD catalogue and pricing directly into their WHMCS using the standard TLD Sync/Import tool. You control which TLDs each reseller may offer, along with per-TLD registration period limits.
6. Per-reseller control and security. Each reseller authenticates with a unique API key, with optional IP allow-listing, suspend/activate controls, and full editing from a central admin panel. API requests can be logged for auditing.
