Manual Payment Gateways Suite adds five fully branded manual payment methods to WHMCS: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer — everything you need to accept mobile banking and bank transfer payments without a live payment gateway integration.

How it works

Clients select a gateway at checkout or on their invoice, and see your wallet number (or bank details for Bank Transfer) alongside their invoice number as a payment reference, with fully customizable step-by-step instructions in your own words. After paying externally, they submit a Sender Number, Transaction ID, and/or a payment slip screenshot (at least one required for bKash/Nagad/Rocket/Upay; the slip is required for Bank Transfer, which also supports optional Payment Time and Note fields).

Every submission automatically:

• Opens a support ticket in your chosen department
• Emails your team using a fully customizable message template
• Logs to the WHMCS Gateway Log for your records

Nothing is applied to the invoice automatically — you stay in full control, verifying each submission before marking it paid.

Manual Payment Report (included addon)

A dedicated admin page lists every submission across all 5 gateways in one table — invoice number, gateway, sender, transaction ID, payment time/note, a clickable slip thumbnail, status, and date — with a one-click "Approve & Mark Paid" button that applies the invoice payment through WHMCS's own API.

• Per-gateway branding: your own wallet/bank details, instructions, brand color, and notification email — all configurable from the native WHMCS admin UI, no extra settings page needed
• Automatic image compression for oversized phone-camera screenshots instead of flatly rejecting them
• Configurable automatic cleanup of old payment slip images (0 = never, or set any number of days)
• Security-conscious by design: payment slips are never publicly web-accessible (admin-session gated), all admin actions are CSRF-protected, and all uploads are validated by actual file content, not just filename
