Description

Support tickets often need information that should never sit in plain text: server logins, control panel passwords, API keys, and other confidential details. In a standard WHMCS ticket, that information stays readable in the ticket thread for anyone with ticket access.

Sensitive Data adds a dedicated, encrypted field to WHMCS tickets in the Phox theme. Clients submit private details separately from the ticket message, the data is stored encrypted, and only staff with the right permission can view it. Once the issue is resolved, the client can delete what they shared.
