DC Terms & Consent

DC Terms & Consent replaces the basic WHMCS "I agree" checkbox with a complete, legally-minded consent system. Clients must actually read your documents, every acceptance is stored with the exact text that was shown, and you get a PDF proof that anyone can verify online. Built and used every day by a working hosting company.

Where clients accept

At checkout (server-side enforced) and in the client area – clients are asked before they continue
Before paying an invoice, adding funds or accepting a quote
Per product group, product or domains – show each agreement only where it applies
Never locks clients out: on custom or single-page carts the client is sent to an acceptance page and back

Legal proof

Exact accepted text with a SHA-256 fingerprint
Date, IP, browser, order / invoice reference
Optional drawn signature (mouse or finger)
Reading evidence: scrolled to the end + time the document was open
PDF certificate with QR code and a public verification page
Tamper-evident audit log – every record is chained to the previous one; any change in the database is detected

Versions

Changing an accepted text creates a new version
Clients accept again and see exactly what changed
Optional grace period before a new version becomes mandatory

Languages

One document with translations – each client automatically sees their own language
Admin interface in 14 languages, full RTL support (Hebrew, Arabic, Farsi)
Dashboard shows which clients accepted in which language

Automation

Proof email to the client + admin notification
Smart reminders to clients who have not accepted yet (hourly limit, never repeated)
Import your existing terms page from a URL in one click

Admin

Dashboard: compliance per document, pending clients, CSV export
Client profile panel with PDF download
Privacy: erase a client's personal data on request without breaking the audit chain
Test mode: only selected clients see the module until you are ready

Pricing

$2.99 / month or $24.99 / year – one WHMCS installation per license.
