Support Menu Controls is a free WHMCS addon that gives you control over support navigation and access to selected client-area pages.

Hide unused sections, require visitors to sign in, or keep resources available to everyone through straightforward settings.

Downloads, Announcements, and Knowledgebase

Each section has three options:

• Show to everyone: Keep the menu link visible and add no access restriction.
• Hide from guests: Hide the link from guests and redirect direct guest visits to the WHMCS login page.
• Hide from everyone: Remove the link for all visitors and return a styled HTTP 403 Access Denied page on direct visits.

Downloads restrictions also apply to files served through the WHMCS Downloads library.

Network Status

Show the Network Status link to everyone or hide it from guests. Page access continues to follow WHMCS’s native Require Login setting.

My Support Tickets

Show the My Support Tickets link to everyone or hide it from guests in the Support widget. Ticket access and permissions remain managed by WHMCS.
