WHMCS offers a very useful credit system. The customer can deposit credit which can then be automatically billed with new invoices. But even with refunds or downgrades the customer can get a credit. Unfortunately, it is difficult to keep track of all transactions. Although you can see the status and the history in the individual customer profiles, but a central overview is missing.
At this point, our CreditPrepation module is used. It offers you a central point where you can look at all credit transactions. In doing so, you will learn the amount, the customer and also the date and the reason for the transaction. The integrated search function allows you to display individual customers or individual days or search for a certain amount.
In addition, our module offers an overview page which shows all customers who currently have a credit with you, including the amount displayed.
