With our Client Reminders, you can easily set after x days you want to send a quote or reminder to your client. You can set First, Second, Third, and Last Reminder. Also, you can tick if you want to set the reminder status to expire after the last reminder email. Please take a look at the screenshots to see more details.

Quote Reminder:

• This part of the module will work after the quotes are generated and emailed to the client on delivery status.
• On a daily cron the module will give the ability to email a client after the quote was generated on XX days after the quote was emailed using any email template
• Follow up on XX days with another email template
• Send the last email XX BEFORE Quote due date with another email template (be able to customize email template text with quote info such as quote date, quote number, quote due date, quote amount, quote subject, quote payment method)
• Option to enable o to disable "Change status to the dead-on due date"
• All 4 emails are not mandatory. Be able to set 1 or 2 or ALL
• The module runs with the daily cron
• The module registers emails in the client email history and the module logs all activity
• The module sends a summary to the admin

Email Reminder:

• Give you the ability to send emails to any client on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, be annual using any email template

• This will be essentially tied to the client notes, however, it will provide a notification reminder for admins
