The invoice page shows the bank account details, the amount to transfer and a payment reference, and once they have paid they can upload screenshot proof right there: upload receipt images, a payment screenshot, a PDF receipt, a deposit slip, a bank slip or any proof of payment, so they upload payment proof or a payment receipt straight from the invoice, and the module opens a support ticket automatically, an automatic ticket your team can match against the transfer. A second upload for the same invoice is added to the ticket that is already open. That makes manual payment and offline payment handling faster, so offline payments, manual payments, manual bank transfer and offline bank transfer payments no longer depend on clients emailing a receipt to the right inbox.

For admins, full bank management happens in a modern popup: create, read, update and delete bank entries, edit each bank's details, and let the gateway generator handle the WHMCS side. Duplicate bank entries are prevented, deletes ask for confirmation, and deleting a bank account can move its unpaid invoices to another payment method. Every payment proof received is listed on a Payment Proofs page with a preview and a link to its ticket, and the invoice in the admin area shows a payment proof received note. You choose the ticket department and priority, the allowed file types (JPG, PNG, PDF) and the maximum file size, and the payment receipts are stored privately on your own server.
