Several rules can share one trigger event, so a premium product can get a different email from a standard one, and a series of rules with different delays builds a simple email sequence.
Every triggered email goes into a persistent delivery queue with a configurable batch send limit per cron run (default 50) to protect your server IP reputation, duplicate queue protection, pending, sent and failed status tracking with the mail server's own failure reason, and logging to the WHMCS Activity Log with an EME prefix. Deliver through the WHMCS mail settings, or switch on the built-in SMTP configuration to send through a dedicated SMTP server, with a test email to prove the settings before saving.
