Your invoices stay in your own currency. This cryptocurrency payment gateway creates a Binance Pay order for the invoice's remaining balance, Binance converts it at its own rate, and every order settles in USDT, or USDC where USDT is not available, so you accept cryptocurrency while receiving a stablecoin. Clients pay invoices in crypto while you keep pricing in any fiat currency the Binance Pay API supports.

Choose the Binance checkout window, the Binance QR code on the invoice, or both. An optional countdown timer shows how long the order stays payable, the crypto invoice page checks the payment every ten seconds, and automatic payment confirmation through signed Binance Pay webhook notifications marks the invoice Paid even when the client has closed the page. Your Binance Merchant account receives USDT payments (or USDC) for every QR code payment and every checkout payment.

Refunds work from the standard WHMCS invoice screen. Full and partial refunds are converted into the settlement currency at the order's own rate, so each refund in USDT or USDC matches what was paid. Refunds that Binance completes later, or that you make in the Binance Merchant Portal, are recorded in WHMCS automatically, and the Binance commission is recorded as the transaction fee in your invoice currency.
