• Payment split - split any payable by dollar amount or percentage. Splits link to the parent payable for full traceability
• RCTI tracking - Recipient Created Tax Invoices from WorkForce linked to Finance payables. Status tracked through the same approval chain
• Billing readiness check - cross-references WorkForce billing status and payment authorisation before allowing gate pass
• Pro-rata calculator - enter service end date and monthly rate, get the pro-rata charge for the final partial month. Auto-creates a draft payable for Jae to approve
• Wages register - salary and retainer records for all staff. Tim sees amounts. Jae and Rox see admin fields only. Auto-generates monthly payables on cycle start
• Payroll register - pay runs, batch approve, mark paid, export to CSV
• Gate board - visual status board showing all payables and their gate check results across WorkForce, PM, and Tickets
• Finance gate alerts - gate-locked payables surface as priority items in the BTG dashboard. Resolved automatically when gate passes
