BTG SalesHub turns WHMCS into a proper CRM. Manage your lead pipeline, build and send quotes from templates, allocate client budgets across services, give clients a branded quote portal, and automatically capture inbound enquiries - all without leaving WHMCS.
BTG SalesHub is $79/yr, billed annually, with all updates and email support included. Launch offer: 25% off with code BTGSUITE26 (first 200 licences). Or get every module, plus every future release free, with the BTG Suite at $299/yr.
Part of the BTG Suite for WHMCS, the complete CRM for digital agencies and MSPs. The BTG Suite is not a collection of standalone utilities. It is a complete CRM and operations platform built into WHMCS over 10 years inside a real website development and digital marketing agency, refined to fill well-known WHMCS gaps and wire your entire business together in one place. It integrates natively with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, and other enterprise tools your team already uses.
Every module works standalone. Install one or install all, they wire together automatically when both are active. BTG Suite subscribers get every future module free, automatically. Buying every module individually costs well over $600 at standard prices; the BTG Suite at $299/yr includes them all, plus every future release, free.

Version 1.0.76 — Released 9th September 2026
[Added] Update notifications — the module checks for new releases at most once every six hours and displays an informational banner when one is available. The check transmits nothing about your installation; it reads a static version file and compares numbers.
[Fixed] Deep links in the daily digest email, the inline quote panel and the Quote Options integration now read your installation's actual admin directory instead of a hardcoded name. Previously these links failed on most installs, and the inline quote panel could not reach its own endpoint unless your admin folder matched by coincidence.
[Fixed] The web-form endpoint address on the Settings screen now shows your own system URL rather than a fixed one.
[Fixed] Outbound email falls back to your configured WHMCS system From address, and calendar invite identifiers now carry your own hostname.
[Fixed] WorkForce database host, name and user fields no longer ship with a third party's connection details as defaults. The Reports screen no longer presents its example values as configured settings — they are placeholder hints only.
[Changed] Approval-tier admin IDs now default to admin 1 (WHMCS Full Administrator) instead of specific named staff accounts. Set these to your own admin IDs — see INSTALL.md section 5.
[Security] CSRF failure responses no longer include fragments of the session token.
[Removed] Internal engineering version history removed from the source; CHANGELOG.md is now the single record.
[Changed] The build refuses to produce a release if the licence field, the licence check function, or a gate call on any entry surface is missing, if debug calls are present, or if any file fails to parse.
