Make.com Integration For WHMCS

Make.com Integration For WHMCS

Developed By Provonic

Compatible with WHMCS v9.0

Provonic Make.com Integration for WHMCS connects your WHMCS billing system to Make (formerly Integromat), the visual no-code automation platform. Once connected, WHMCS becomes another app on your Make canvas, next to the 2,000+ services Make already supports, so you can automate WHMCS without writing a line of code and build workflow automation around your billing, support, and provisioning. It is a WHMCS Make.com module and Make integration for WHMCS in one, built on its own WHMCS API endpoint.

Run 25 WHMCS actions from any Make scenario with real typed fields: create, update, look up and search clients; create, list and send invoices, record payments and apply credit; create and accept orders; list, suspend, unsuspend and terminate services and change service passwords; open, list, reply to and update support tickets; register and renew domains; list products, read billing statistics and send emails. A Call a Tool action runs any of them by name, with fields that adapt to your choice.

13 instant triggers (WHMCS triggers backed by real WHMCS webhooks) start a scenario the moment WHMCS does something, with no polling and no wasted operations: new client, client updated, invoice created, invoice paid, new order, cancellation requested, new ticket, ticket reply, service provisioned, service suspended, service terminated and domain registered, plus a Watch Events trigger covering 34 WHMCS events. Make registers the WHMCS webhook for you when you switch a scenario on, with nothing to configure on the WHMCS side.

Your billing data stays protected: API keys are stored as a hash and shown once; each key can be scoped to specific actions with its own rate limit and expiry date; HTTPS is enforced; outbound payloads are allow-listed per event and scrubbed of passwords, tokens, and card details, and every delivery is HMAC-signed. Failed deliveries are queued and retried with exponential backoff, and a delivery log lets you read, retry, and clear every attempt. Whether you search for Make.com for WHMCS, a WHMCS Make integration, Integromat for WHMCS, WHMCS automation, WHMCS webhooks, WHMCS triggers, or a Zapier alternative for WHMCS, this module covers it.

Changelog

v1.0.0 Released October 13th, 2026

Latest Version

  • NEW: a single authenticated REST endpoint at modules/addons/makecom/make.php that the Make.com "WHMCS (WHMPress)" app calls server-to-server. POST only, Bearer-token authenticated, HTTPS enforced by default, per-key rate limited, and license gated. It speaks six actions: ping, tools.list, tools.schema, tools.call, events.list and hooks.subscribe/hooks.unsubscribe.
  • NEW: 25 WHMCS actions callable from a Make scenario, each resolving to a WHMCS local API call - create/get/search/update a client; create, list, send, credit and record payment on invoices; create and accept orders; list products; list, suspend, unsuspend, terminate and change the password on services; create, list, reply to and update tickets; register and renew domains; read billing statistics; send an email. Every action ships a typed field schema, so Make renders real inputs rather than a free-text blob.
  • NEW: per-key action scoping. A key with no scope may call all 25; a key scoped to a comma-separated list may call only those, and tools.list hides the rest so a scenario builder never sees an action the key cannot use.
  • NEW: 13 instant triggers. WHMCS events are pushed to a Make webhook the moment they happen - new and updated clients, invoices created and paid, new orders, cancellation requests, new tickets and ticket replies, services provisioned, suspended and terminated, and domains registered. A generic "Watch Events" trigger subscribes to any event in the catalog.
  • NEW: outbound payloads are allowlisted per event, then scrubbed of anything matching a deny list (password, secret, token, apikey, accesshash, card fields, cvv, iban, hash, salt, session id, cookie) at every depth, and signed with a per-subscription HMAC so the receiver can verify the call came from this install.
  • NEW: retry queue. A delivery that fails is queued rather than lost, and retried by the daily cron with exponential backoff from 5 minutes to 12 hours across 8 attempts. A subscription is disabled automatically after 20 consecutive failures so a deleted Make scenario cannot keep costing outbound requests.
  • NEW: admin area with six tabs - Dashboard (endpoint URL to paste into Make, plus counters), API Keys (create, scope, rate limit, expire, disable, delete), Subscriptions (what Make has registered, and which WHMCS hooks are consequently live), Delivery Log (recent deliveries and the retry queue, with manual retry and drain), Settings and Info.
  • NEW: API keys are stored as a sha256 hash only. The plaintext is shown once at creation and is unrecoverable afterwards; a lost key is replaced, not recovered. Keys can be disabled or expired without deletion, which preserves their delivery history.
  • NOTE: hook registration reads a single cached settings row rather than querying the subscriptions table or the schema. WHMCS includes hooks.php on every request, so an install with no Make scenarios registers no listeners and performs no schema lookups.
