MyAADE Module (OpenSource)

Official Greek company data, straight into WHMCS

AADE Business Registry connects WHMCS to the AADE Search Basic Registry Details web service (RgWsPublic2). Enter a Greek VAT number (ΑΦΜ) and the module fetches the company's registered details. It shows you what differs from the current client record and writes only the fields you approve.

No more retyping legal names, addresses and tax offices from TAXISnet.

Features

Admin lookup from the client profile, with a field-by-field comparison before anything is saved.
Client self-service. Clients can refresh their own company details from their account page, limited to their own VAT number.
ΑΦΜ validation. Check digits are verified in the browser and again on the server, so a typo never costs you a call.
VAT regime capture. The VAT system flag from AADE is stored in a custom field, so clients on a special regime can be billed correctly.
Ceased-trading detection. Businesses that have stopped trading are flagged before their data reaches the client record.
Monthly allowance tracking. Calls are counted per charged ΑΦΜ per calendar month, with an optional local ceiling that stops lookups before AADE does.
Caching. Repeat lookups are served locally and don't count against your allowance.
Optional VAT number lock, so clients can't change their ΑΦΜ once it is set.
Activity log of every lookup, with AADE error codes captured verbatim.
Greek and English interface, selectable in the module settings.

Built around the AADE terms of use

AADE notifies every business that is looked up and names the caller.

The module is designed with that in mind:

Lookups only come from identified admins and logged-in clients, never from the public registration form.
The connection test can point at your own ΑΦΜ.
Clients can only look up their own number.

AADE web-service credentials (free; issued in the AADE portal using your TAXISnet login)

Easy setup

Upload and activate the module.
Enter your AADE credentials.
Click Test Connection.

All settings live on the module's own settings page.

Upgrading from GSIS Integration 1.x is automatic: the new module takes over your tables and settings.
