Modified Invoice Extended is a WHMCS invoice editor that lets you add invoice items, edit invoice items, and remove invoice items from the WHMCS Manage Invoice page. Modify an invoice, edit unpaid invoice items, or edit draft invoice items in one window: add a line item to an invoice, edit invoice line items, change the invoice item amount, or delete invoice items, and every invoice line item keeps the item type and related ID that WHMCS itself would use, so WHMCS still renews the service, enables the domain addon, or applies the credit when the invoice is paid.
Add a missed renewal to an invoice, bill the next billing period of a service, add a domain renewal, domain registration or domain transfer to an invoice, add a domain addon such as DNS Management, Email Forwarding or ID Protection, add a product addon, add an upgrade or downgrade, pay another unpaid invoice with this one, add funds, add a late fee to an invoice or add a custom invoice item. Each new invoice line is built the way WHMCS builds it: the description with its billing period and configurable options, the amount from the record's own price, and the tax setting from the product.
Add a promotion to an invoice item after the order, apply a promo code to an existing invoice, or apply a coupon to an invoice, with only the promotions that apply to that hosting, add-on, or domain item offered: its Applies To, billing cycles, start and expiry dates, maximum uses, and recurring setting are all checked. Change the invoice date and change the invoice tax rate (Tax Rate 1 and Tax Rate 2), and the invoice totals are recalculated at once.
Only Draft and Unpaid invoices can be changed; every change runs as one transaction and is recorded in the Activity Log, and an invoice with payments or credit applied always keeps a balance to pay, so editing invoice items never settles an invoice behind WHMCS's back.
