The owner/founder, Bob Gregor, is now listed on LinkedIn as being in Boston, MA (originally the company is listed in Orlando, FL) working for another company since 2017. I see that there is no response after more than 10 days, bin it is very unfortunate, sell is to take money that is easy, but to counter a ticket is something else.
I totally advise you to buy a module at home, no support, there is still not understood that the support is as important as the module and the update.
In addition the module is left out, more update for far too long while other is able to do much better.

I was going to give them 4 stars but had to drop two because of the lack of support. We opened a trouble ticket back on 27th November 2017 and as of today, 12th December 2017, we've received absolutely ZERO response. Nonetheless, the addon is NOT completely broken. We've been using the addon since March 2012 with very few issues -- that is until WHMCS 7 series. Back then we only paid $9.99 for it and have been paying $9.99 for continued updates. Their declining support did not affect us as we had few issues. But now comes WHMCS V7.4.1 with all the great new functionality and it's time to upgrade.
We installed enom pro version 3.0.06 beta on WHMCS V7.4.1. I thought I'd share our experience.
1. The first thing we noticed is that the widgets on the admin home page will not load.
2. The addon successfully imported existing registered domains and their status from enom.
3. The addon successfully imported pricing for all 3 domain order types: register, transfer and renew.
4. The addon successfully imported and updated pricing for all enom TLDs.
5. The module successfully synced existing domains to clients.
6. The bulk import window conflicts with our custom themes because it opens to full screen from WITHIN an iframe. No issue with the default WHMCS admin template.
Our operating environment:
Fully functioning WHMCS Version: 7.4.1
PHP version 7.0.25
MariaDB version 10.1.29
version 7.55.1 of cURL installed
Summary
Not sure what's going on with the development team over at Circle Tree, but it is a damn shame that they've take such a huge nose dive on all fronts -- eNom Pro is not their only product/service. Is it worth $99? Only if you're NOT running WHMCS v7* or PHP 7*. If they ever come back from the dead, we would definitely continue to support them as we are still using the product. We don't care about the fancy homepage widgets (disabled them) and we sure don't care about a css conflict (fixed & customized). What we do care about is that when you spend ANY amount of money for a product or service one should expect to receive timely, professional support. That's the reason for the 2 stars.

Stay away as you can see by these other reviews we have not had support for some time I personally have 2 tickets for problems I had with the program and no Answers.
And if you look on when it was last updated you will see what I mean v6.3
Wasted $99 on this and now they want $9.99 to get updates Ya OK hahahahaha Not happening. Going to try the Free import by someone else advertised here.

This module is no longer being developed. Updates are released less than once a year and only if you open a ticket about it. Additionally they now take
more than a week to respond to tickets and do not check their work before releasing.
Avoid this addon and use some of the other alternatives.
EDIT: Also, Seeing as Bob below is willing to share your private communications with the entire world more than proves you should stay far away from circle tree. They have no regard for the privacy of your account or information.

Very bad support. They used to reply after approximately 7 days from each support request submission. When I requested a refund as I wasn't happy with the functionality of their extension, they have just removed my account. I can't login to the client area of their site.
Very rude & poor behavior. Don't recommend at all.
@Bob: Make sure that your reply reach to the end user. The last reply that I saw in your reply screenshot did not reach to my email, losing access without any prior notification means being rude & that's what I meant by being rude. Hope to have informed you well.
