Better off using the approach here which is free if you don't already have the module I found while annoying it works to stop multiple orders of a trial and ALSO prevents them for ordering another trial after previous one expires.

I plan to purchase this module if my needs evolve more to justify it as i do like their other modules which I've purchased. It also looks like they have addressed the previous concerns I was having when on fence about purchasing it.

Useless. It limits only ACTIVE products.
Your customer subscribes to a trial. He can't subscribe to an other one, ok...... until the trial expires! Then he can order a new trial!!!
Who uses this garbage of an addon? All good reviews are fake for sure.

You are totally wrong if you place an order and if he chooses 2 the same trials are going to let them know that can not order 1 trial.

Works great and does what it says, I wished though there would be an option to limit customers to not be able to order a product again which was limited to 1, otherwise once a Trial run out they can simply order another one, which defeats the purpose a bit.

I have been having a problem of customers continuously ordering free trials. Now that I added this module to my setup it has basically forced them to purchase the product now give getting another free trial. I have been needing this module for the longest and finally I got it. Need to limit your order quantity per client? Then this is your module.
