Broke my site, gave the Oops something went wrong error, disabled it and all was good. I was trying the free version to decide if I wanted to buy it. It was weird it said I had way more hits than the access log shows. Anyway based on that and the breaking of the site this week I am not a fan.

The first version of the plugin had some bugs and being new to the marketplace, I figured I'll give the team some time to fix things up. Well they did and now the service is working great. Setup was only a few steps and now all of my orders are automatically scored. It's a bit early to tell but I'm pretty confident that my chargebacks will be much lower this month.
Pretty happy with the accuracy and the support from IPQS has been terrific.

It does not work. I wanted to give this service a try and signed up for the free account while installing the module according to instructions. The add-on module never recorded any orders, and when I contacted support about the issue, they assured me a few times it would be working. After a few days of back and forth, it never did. I was assured it would work last weekend, and I never heard again.
Uninstalled, not worth the hassle.

Solved my problems with fraud in about 2 days of optimizing settings. My shop is being targeted by a few fraudsters that submit fake orders every day. Had so many chargeback fees. I've now been able to block about 99% of the bad orders with this plugin.

Been having issues with chargebacks for a while now. Was able to stop some fraud but still had too many bad payments slipping through. I'm just using the free plan right now and it's been great at catching the fraud that was previously getting approved payments. Will continue to test more and so far it's looking like a good solution.

Really happy to finally have a plugin for integrating IPQS. I use their service to prevent chargebacks and mark suspicious orders on 3 of the sites that I manage. Their tools produce a very high catch rate and it's rare to ever encounter a false-positive. This new plugin makes the service even easier to use, so I'm very happy overall.
