Missing the ability to search for a Plesk key and the ability to view a list of all keys purchased. This isn't needed often but if an order is reprocessed (say a VPS fails to setup properly) I've seen it replace the Plesk key with a new one and then you are paying for two keys and without a search and list ability it's difficult to audit this against the Plesk KA.

Other than that it does work well and they are good about keeping it updated for new version of WHMCS. Support is responsive also.
